Northern Uganda top music promoters have come out and publicly aired their cry for being neglected by the National COVID-19 Taskforce for relief aid.
It all started out when prominent music promoter Jacob Pacoto alias Spragga hinted that as the public is trying to help the deejays and emcees in Northern Uganda, Gulu, music promoters are also in need to be put in mind because they don't have anything to do that brings them food on the table.
