Singer King Tiras is mourning the passing of his beloved mother, Apiyo Alice who passed on last night after a strange illness attack.
Tiras' mother passed away on Saturday, May 18th evening and he shared the sad news on social media with a tearjerking message.
"I can't believe that I will wake up this morning without you mum.... ??
In a foreign land.. your life just went like that in my hand like we don't own means that could take you so fast for a second chance. Thanks so much people who are still with me in the dark time."
The singer's mother died from South Sudan's capital, Juba where she was living as a businesswoman.
Speaking to the Turf Record boss, he however didn't disclose the cause of his mother's death but he said that his mother was diagnosed with diabetes and also pressure.
He stated that his mother breathed her last on the way while being rushed to Juba hospital after the attack which left her lifeless.
He further noted that they are now seeing ways forward of transporting her body back home to Uganda where she will be laid to rest in her home in Bweyale town council, Kiryandongo district.
Since last evening, social media platforms are swelling with condolences messages to the Tiras family especially from fellow musicians and entertainment friends.
