At least four people have perished while others sustained serious injuries following a fatal road accident in Nwoya District.
The accident occurred along Karuma- Pakwach highway on Friday morning.
The accident involved Nile Star bus registration number UBG O85C, which was traveling from Arua side heading to Kampala and Toyota Hiace (Drone) with a South Sudan number plate heading to South Sudan.
Preliminary reports indicate around 4 travelers onboard of the ‘drone’ succumbed immediately whereas other casualties have been rushed to health facilities like Kigumba Hospital.
