Ugandan singers from the northern part of the country have gotten their share as nominees in the upcoming 2021 Hipipo Music Awards dubbed Project One Level.
Singers Eddy Wizzy, Prof Maros, Monopoly Bad Character and Quincy have been nominated in the same group, which is Best Regional Song along several other artists.
Freeboy Adams scooped one of the biggest slots, being nominated for the breakthrough artist of the year alongside names like Zulitums, Pia Pounds, Liam Voice and many others.
The 10th edition of the Hipipo Music Awards will take place on 10th December 2021 at Mestil Hotel in Kampala, where various African artists will lock horns and tussle it out for the biggest awards ceremony in Uganda.
