Popular Northern Uganda music icon Pimugu Roy alias Lil Roy's health condition left fellow musicians in shock.
The 2020 hitmaker who wasn't making any serious public appearance for months now has on Saturday 24th July 2021 made an appearance to attend the Music and Entertainment Network meeting where he left before the end of the meeting.
The singer looked frail and unwell thus prompting a section of musicians to question his the state of his health.
His health state for real looks worrying because the colour of his skin looks yellowish, brown hair and swollen jaws.
The singer needs support and medical attention, one of the artist said.
