Lincoln real name Emmanuel Obong Okello is a world-class recording artist and cinematographer from Uganda whose influence has rapidly spread from Northern Uganda where he originates to gain nationwide recognition in both the music and film industry.

In 2006, he has released four Albums, “PLAN A”, “LOCAL DEFENCE UNIT (L-D-U)” in 2009, “LINCOLN’S ACCENT” in 2012, “DANGEROUS” in 2015 and currently working on his fifth album to be released in 2021 under his record label SOUND CITY ENTERTAINMENT.

LINCOLN is born to Lango parents, one of the Luo tribes of northern Uganda in Gayaza currently wakiso district, and spent his childhood moving around the country and learning multiple cultures because of the nature of the civil service job of his parents.

He has also directed and collaborated on major local music videos, films, TV series, and documentaries under his film company BLACK BOY PICTURES and now collaborating with international producers to sell his art across the globe.

His musical sound ranges from Hip-Hop, ragga dancehall, reggae, zouk to Afrobeat which he has developed right from the start of his professional musical carrier in the early 2000s.
