High Prist, born Rwotomioy Reagan is a Ugandan singer, song writer and a performer. (Entrepreneur/ C.E.O Jungle Empire) born 10th August, 1993 in Gulu (Uganda). High Prist started singing professionally at the age (16) recording a rap song from Roy Studios.

He became popular after recording a collabo with Pato Lover boy and managed to perform on a couple of stages including the pine Avenue 5 stage where he was amongst the upcoming artists and rated to be amongst the best performers. High Prist pursued a degree in Bachelor of arts in music.

He joined Makerere University in 2015 where he got to learnt the rest of the music genres. He calls himself a community musician. This is because he creates music from the things that affect the community people.
