Northern Uganda upcoming artist Omara Walter alias Japmaphy Atin Ker has regained his freedom after being released from Oyam Central Police Station coolers on Friday 12, Feb 2021.
The Claire Music Empire vocalist was arrested on Thursday 11th Feb 2021, after parents of a lady (vixen) he used in his latest song Romeo and Juliet video shoots landed on the video causing him serious problems.
The lady parents accused singer Jaymaphy Atin Ker for not consulting them before using their daughter in his music video.
The singer's release follows a court order from Oyam Chief Magistrate on cash bail of Ugsh1million.
Jaymaphy on seeing sunlight again, he took to Facebook ''Thank for all u prayers, I'm finally back. Only God knows what to reward you guys with...Idwali myero gik baa coz in real sense I don't even know when I last kissed.
According to police statement, Jaymaphy was charged with offence of indicent conduct and he will appear before Cheif Magistrate Court on Monday 17th Feb 2021.
