MTN Uganda has renewed their partnership deal with Westnile UPL team Onduparaka FC. This deal has been in existence for over 4 years and MTN has decided to continue working with the football club amidst the current COVID-19 challages that has greatly affected sports.
"We are honoured to renew our partnership with MTN Uganda, a sponsorship that we have enjoyed over the past 4 years. We are honoured that at such a time as this where the footballing sector has been affected that MTN has chosen to still continue with the Partnership with Onduparaka Football Club." Noted the club.
"We've since moved from Sponsorship to Partnership because there's alot more that is mutually beneficial for us as Onduparaka Football Club and also for MTN Uganda. we are happy that the partnership comes at a time when we are getting back to the footballing season to complete the remaining rounds and we are looking forward to using this partnership to motivate our Performance even on the pitch and also to give MTN a value for the generosity they've extended towards Onduparaka FC." Onduparaka FC stated via their official Facebook page.
The club has not only had their partnership renewed, but also given their stakeholders a first look at their season jersey which is themed Embracing Our Heritage, which is reflecting to their 10 years journey.
