Bodybuilder Hussein Mbajja has been crowned champion at the 2025 Mr. Uganda Bodybuilding Championships in a highly competitive contest.
Mr Mbajja, the Mr. Central Region champion 2025 beat five other finalists during the heated contest held at Bomah Hotel Ltd in Gulu City on Sunday, December 6, 2025.
Hussein Mbajja had the best body definition, open muscles and the best pose among the five other bodybuilders who competed at the overall final.
In a brief remark, Gulu City Mayor Alfred Okwonga appealed to sponsors to continue supporting bodybuilding enthusiasts with resources so that it can also change their life.
Twaha Ddungu, the president of Uganda Bodybuilding and Fitness Association applauded Mr. Michael Ojok, Chairman of the Northern Uganda Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, for using his time to nurture and encourage young athletes to take up sports, emphasizing that sports promote health.
He urged young athletes to stop wasting time on the streets and instead go to the gym to engage in activities that can transform their lives.
The outstanding personalities were rewarded with trophies, medals, certificates and mattresses.

As the calendar officially closed, all winners in the competition will be representing Uganda in Mombasa in the national bodybuilding championships.
