In a recent interview with this website, Uganda's music pioneer Ykee Benda has stated that Gulu City is the most developed city compared to all cities in the region.
When asked what he loves about Gulu, he stated, ''what I love about Gulu is that the city is warm and very developed. I think Gulu is the most developed city from the North. I'm actually doing some work in Gulu soon.
Ykee added that he will be launching scholarships and bursaries programmes for students in this region soon.
"We are going to be offering some scholarship, bursaries for students from this region under privilege. So I am very focused on Gulu, Gulu is my city and my home. We shall be announcing that programme very soon."
The musical icon made the statement while in Gulu City last Friday where had his sold out show at D'Plus Bar.
