Ocira Daniel, 23 year old senior six student of Kitgum High School in Kitgum Municipality was reportedly brutalized and murdered by his schoolmates over a girl.
Reports say the deceased was escorting his girlfriend on the wee hour of Thursday morning and he was ambushed by the suspects.
The lifeless body of Ocira was discovered Thursday morning dumped along the road in Lulojo Cell in Central Division, Kitgum Municipality.
Sources told this publication that the deceased is suspected to have had a fight with other men Wednesday night over a girlfriend, which resulted in his death.
The school headteacher, Mr. Opoka Christopher confirmed that the deceased attended both terms one and two in the 2024 academic year but did not report for the final term.
