Northern Uganda's award winning disco joker, Oguta Kiriam alias DJ Young Uganda has officially joined Mc Rajj at Wan Luo TV.
DJ Young Uganda who broke through in 2019 after winning the deejaying battle dubbed 'who is who' that was organized by Bell Lager in Lira City replaced the legendary disco joker Shirumatic Pro.
According to an insider, the legendary deejay requested Wan Luo TV management himself to have a young deejay so that their careers can grow. it's high time to give opportunity to new talent.
"Dj Shiru did not quit. However he noticed new talent and since he is a lover of Talent he requested us to have a young Dj so that also their careers can grow'."
When asked how he feels working with Wan Luo TV, the deejay said is feeling so happy because God has answered what he has been yearning for for long.
"Am feeling so much happy because is what I have been yearning for and also wanted to be Infront of the camera.''
DJ Young Uganda worked several nightspots in Lira City such as Club Angel, Front Page Lounge and previously he worked for Amazon Pub, a once nightspot in Lira City.
He however promised to play 90% of Luo music on his program known as Karwate which will run from Wednesday to Friday.
When asked what should we the fans should expect from him ''My fans should just be very happy and proud that their Luo boy is up here and their music is going to go far and much better."
DJ Young who decided to relocate to Kampala after a juicy deal the television station reported to duty on Tuesday 1st, March, 2022.
