Odong Polycarp, professionally known as Poly Breezy, is a Ugandan musician and civil engineer born on 21 April 1997 in Gulu City.  

He began his education at Railway Nursery School before attending Bishop Angelo Negri Primary School. For secondary school, he went to Trinity College Gulu for his O'Level. 

He later pursued technical training, earning a National Certificate in Building Construction from NUYDC and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Uganda Technical College Lira.  

Poly Breezy entered the music scene in 2021 as a member of the group Luo Revolution Music. 

He launched his solo career in May 2026, establishing himself under the stage name Poly Breezy.
