Eliba Daniel (born 5th April 2003) with stage Wizzy Dan Official is a Ugandan recording artist. 

Wizzy Dan Official hails from Kwania District, Northern Uganda. He started musical journey in 2019 during Covid 19 outbreak. 

Academically he went to schools like Akot Primary school in Kwania District for his primary studies, later went Kiryandongo for his O'level education.
