Odong Moses Louis (born 16 September 2002), professionally known as Luizky Final, is a Ugandan singer, songwriter and performer. 

Luizky Final was born on September 16, 2002 from Ajulu in Gulu District. He joined the music industry in the year 2025.

He attended schools like Ajulu primary, Gulu public primary, Pawel Ayiga P.7 school and later joined Patiko Secondary School, and Everest High School for his education.
