Obura Patrick (born 3/9/2000) commonly known as Neo Patel, is a Ugandan recording artist who hail from Northern Uganda.

Neo Patel is a singer, songwriter and performer who started his music journey in 2025 with his first recorded song titled Amama.

He was born on the 3rd September 2000 from Doctor Ambrosoli Memorial Hospital Kalongo.

Neo Patel attended Lalal Primary school, Adilang Kulaka primary school, Elyon X Tian High school for both his primary and secondary education.

According to him, he was inspired to do music by Bosmic Otim, Eguku Sunday, and the late Mzeeb 2stars.

"I started enjoying music from those of our legendary like Bosmic, Eguku Sunday, and 2stars. I admire how they sing the song. In addition to that I came to music industry to find friends.''
