Alimocan Rebecca (born 4 November 2000) known professionally as Minister Alimo is Ugandan gospel singer, songwriter and model born on November, 4, 2000 in Pece Acoyo (Pudyek Village) Gulu City, Northern Uganda.

Minister Alimo began her musical journey at a teenage age, singing in her church's children's choir. She released her first debut album ''Kavod' in 2025.

She attended Police Nursery, Police primary, Ocer Campion Jesuit College, and Pabbo Secondary School for her primary and secondary education.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Arts Education with majors in English language and Literature from Gulu University.

She volunteer at Community Rising Girls Network Organization as the project coordinator. She was the Brand Ambassador Northern Uganda Tourism Cluster at Miss Tourism Northern Uganda  (2022-2023). She also served as the secretary publicity, communication and mobilisation at ignite youth association and also the former Queen Face of Gulu City 2021-2022. 

She also the deputy operations manager, deputy choir head, and head of finance department Freedom Word Ministries International. Alimo is spiritual daughter to Prophet Isaac Wodenga and Irene Wodenga.

HOBBIES: Dancing, singing, fashion, photography, charitable work, travelling, modeling, reading novels and plays, acting and poetry.
