Kalokwera Harrish, popularly known by his stage name Red Muzzle Official, is a Ugandan artist who started pursuing music professionally in 2025.

Red Muzzle Official was born 4/4/1995 from Palabek Gem Sub county in Lamwo District. 

He attended schools like Kitgum Integrated College O'level, joined Kitgum Comprehensive College for A'level and later joined Unyama NTC.
