Okwairwoth Francis, widely known by the stage name as Bell King is a Ugandan recording artist who hails from the Northern region. 

Bell King who is a singer, songwriter, performer and dancer was born on October 11th 1997 from Nyaravur but grew up in Gulu City formerly Gulu District.

He went to schools like Kasubi Army in Gulu City for his primary studies and Nyaravur for his O'level education.
