Otim Innocent Charles, commonly known by his stage name "Timcence" was born on July 27th, 2000 in Gulu, 

Northern Uganda. His stage name 
"Timcence" came into existence when he combined his real names. 

Timcence started rapping at the young age of 12 listening to Eminem, Lil Wayne and other Hip Hop artists. Over the last 4 years, he’s been acknowledged as one of the best rappers in Northern Uganda. 

In 2023, he was awarded the Northern Rapper of The Year award and Verse of the Year award. 

Timcence has a fresh sound with his nostalgic beats adding rhythm to his unique rhymes. He speaks fluent English and the native local language Acholi that blends his lyrical phrasing with original rap sound.
