Born Otim Tonney Blaire (09/10/1999) with stage name as Tonney Blair is a Ugandan gospel artist.

Tonney Blaire joined the music industry in 2023 after receiving a calling of bringing hope in the heart of people through his craft.

He went to Gulu Prison primary school and favour of God nursery and primary school, for his primary studies and later joined St Henry's Secondary school wakiso, Mt st Henry's high School Mukono.

He basically joined the music industry to bring hope, encouragement, unity and peace in the lives of people around the world. 

He is also the founder of Big Dreams Gospel Nation.
