Torach Denis Acaye, better known as Murphy Denis, is a Northern Uganda's versatile singer, songwriter.

Murphy Denis was born on 12,/12/1991 from Obiya West Lacor, Gulu City.

He went to schools like Mother Angioleta Kindergarten school for his nursery studies, he then moved to Bishop Angelo Negri Primary school for his primary studies and he later joined St. Joseph's College Layibi for his O'level studies and moved to Kawempe Muslim Secondary School for his advance studies.

Institution: Certificate in Comprehensive nursing from Lacor school of Nursing. Diploma in clinical medicine from Kampala International University and Advanced anaesthesia from Mulago school of paramedical, Post basic diploma in health management from Mulago school of paramedical.
