Born on 6th April 1991 in Kitgum Municipal, Northern Uganda, Ochaya Samuel widely known as Radiata Mc, is a Ugandan recording artist.

Radiata Mc started gravitating towards his music career in 2018 after his studies.

He went to schools such as Akworo Primary School, Kitgum, he later moved to Uphill College Mbuya and joined  Nile Vocational Institute in Jinja for a mechanical course.

He is a mechanic by profession while music is just to back his profession.
