Born Okwera Milton (8/8/2001) with stage name Navy Cool is a young talented and versatile artiste who hails from the Northern part of Uganda.

Navy Cool was born on 8/8/2001 and raised from Lamiyo sub county in Agago district. 

He began his studies in 2003 and went to Lamiyo Primary School.
