Born Opiyo Stephen known as IPK Flyer Gaga is a Ugandan recording artist from Northern Uganda.

He started gravitating towards his music career in 2022 after falling in love with music. 

Opiyo Stephen who performs as IPK Flyer Gaga was born in 2001 from Koch Goma health centre III.

He went to Koch Amar primary school, and went to Koch Goma secondary school.
