Born Opoka Milton alias Sniper Man is a Ugandan singer, songwriter and performer who hails from Northern Uganda. He was born on 7/7/1999 at Kalongo Referral Hospital, Agago District. His Music is Basically on Dance Hall, Reggae, Afro Dance Hall and Raga Music.

Sniper Man who is also known as Aghetto Rebel attended schools like Barotiba Primary School, Patongo primary and completed his primarry education in Wanglobo Primarry school in 2014. He continued with his O'level schooling at Patongo Seed SS Agago District where he was Nicknamed AFANDE CONSULT due to his musical behaviour since he was entitled as General Parate Master Scout and Patriotism Northern Region in his O'level School time. 

He later proceeded with his A'level school movement at Bombo Army SS (Katikamu) where he joined the music Industry officially with the beginning collaboration song Kwo Lobo.

He became a film composer, writer, actor and consultant in the early 2022 with an ACTION MOVIE Titled AMBITION NEVER FAILS.
