Okot Simon Noyes who is known as Dr:Talent in music industry, was born on 1st of November 19944 in a village called Agung in Todora Parish, Anaka  Sub- County,Nwoya District.

 He is an Acholi by tribe,male Ugandan by nationality aged 29 years old. He is born again christian. He met Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and savior in 2016.

He started participating in music, dance and drama since childhood. He was known as a talented child who has got multiple talents in arts (visual and performing arts in the area some called him the "master drum boy! He played an unremarkable legacy in playing a big bwola dance drum in Murchison falls National park.

He started his studies from Agung P.7 school and went to Pope Paul Vi SS for his higher education. Again he went ahead and did art and design which makes him now the most known designer  through T-shirts supply and designing, painting and graphic design in the region and sign language interpreter 
In 2015 he became known in the music industry through his first song called "Achan Judith wan wayero in" it was a compiagn song and it has been a hit.
