Born Pebalo Bolton (7/08/2002) with stage name Rozy Bolton, is a Ugandan singer, songwriter and a performer who hails from Northern Uganda.

Rozy Bolton who believes in himself that one day he will be a superstar began doing music in 2015.

He went to schools like Kisugu COU, Kampala for his primary studies, Muyenga High School, Kampala and later on he moved to Muyenga High school in Kampala.
