Bonny Obwol commonly known by his stage name as Church Boy is a Ugandan recording gospel artist hailing from Northern Uganda. He is a Langi by tribe.
Church Boy started singing in 2019 and he eventually rose to fame in that same winning himself two awards.
He attended schools like VH Public P/S, Lango College and went to Kampala International University (KIU).
In 2019, he was nominated for NUMA Awards with his single Remo Ayesu and he became second. In 2022, he won Gospel Artist of the year award at NUMA Awards. In 2023, he was again nominated for VIGA Awards and managed to scoop the Northern Artist of the year award.
Since then his name has become a household name in the music industry. He has a couple of songs like Cung Keda, Dogola Mee Polo, Gen Obanga, Remo Ayesu among others.
