Oola Patrick Odong who is known by stage name as Rocky Xter started his musical career in 2023.

 He was born on 28/12/2001 he is a song writer and singer as well.

Rocky Xter went to St Mary's primary school in lira and continued his secondary school at St Charles Lwanga high school Lubya in Kampala.

His father's name is Odong Simon Kawaida and his mother is Amony Jeneth. He grew up in Pajule (Pader district) and he is under-signed to The Venom Entertainment under his manager scorpy.
