Born Obur Ratif (13/03/2002) with Dr Pica Ug, is a Ugandan singer, songwriter and a performer who hails from Northern Uganda.

Dr Pica Ug who under Thunder Promotionz joined music industry in 2023.

He did so many songs like Jenye Obineki, Umma, Pingo Luba ,Apeke Laremi, etc.

He has his latest song titled Lawala where he did with one of his college named Maxview Da Singer and the song is going viral.

According to him, his focus is to transform Northern Uganda musical appeal, with not only the message of love, but hard work in the language that people in the north understand best. Pica was inspired to become a musician by his father known locally as one of the greatest Acholi traditional (Otole) dancer. With his first song recorded in 2023.
