Born Ochora Samuel (01/01/1991) popularly known by stage name as Lali P is Ugandan recording artiste who hails from Northern Uganda.

Lali P which is a household name was born on 1st January 1991 from Gulu Regional Referral Hospital.

He started singing in 2010 and his first recorded song then was called Anyakana.

Education background.
Ochora Samuel who performs as Lali P started his education foundation from Bungatira P.7 were he attained his primary leaving education certificate and joined Lukome Secondary School where he completed his O'level studies.
