Junior Victor professionally known as Bling Don Dada is a Northern Uganda based Ugandan performing artiste. Genres: dancehall, afro zouk , RnB and reggae.

Bling Don Dada real name Junior Victor was born on 01/10/1999 from St. Mary's hospital lacor, Gulu, Uganda. His a singer, songwriter, designer and a performer.

He began his music career in  2021 in November that's when he released his first song titled Heartbeat then in 2022 while at school he released his second song titled Lim Utum.

In 2023, the singer launched own record label Called Rich World Music Empire. He is an Acholi by tribe.
