Singer Francis Obalim Obibi is a Northern Uganda recording artiste. 

He was born in February 8, 1992 from Kitgum Municipality. Francis who uses his real name started singing in 2022.

He's a videographer, politician, Graphics Designer,  Photographer and a God's Servant.
