Pilate Lil Wizz is an Ugandan born southern Sudanese artist that grew up in the refugee camp in Uganda and left for the states in 2005. 

He is currently based in the United States. He started doing music when he was 14 years old as a freshman in high school. 

Their group made their first mixtape and sold all copies. Music has always been a part of his life, as a child in Uganda his uncle would play the flute every morning while standing on top of the ant hill. 

Some of his favorite things to do when not making music is playing sports and visiting family. Transitioning from Uganda to the 

United States was very hard because of the language barrier. Pilate has been releasing music since 2010 with the song (Twende) produced by DJ Brimu from Kenya featuring his oldest brother MC Mike. 

Since then Pilate has been releasing all types of music. Linking with the likes of OD Bonny, Rico Zaico, and many more. Noticeable songs with Rama Preacher call (On my way). This is just the beginning for pilate and the future looks bright.
