Born Ojok Simon Peter popular known by his stage name as Dr. Blue Wine is a Northern Uganda singer, songwriter and a performer.

He stated his music career in 2008 with a song called Gulu City and indeed Gulu became a city through his dream. He was born and raised from Gulu City then Gulu District.

He joined the music industry to push the Northern Uganda music into the next level.
