Ninsiima Brian Okello alias Woki Toki Ug is a ugandan regea ragga dancehall artist born 10/11/1995.

His music career started in 2009 from Makindye, a Kampala suburbs. He left kampala in 2010 to join Tosha entertainment in gulu under the management of Victor Jay.

Later on he left tosha and started own music journey with small pin charger in 2012 wher he joined skylight promotions under Badman Solo management in 2017.

Later on he decided to hang up his microphone and ventured into business and in 2020, he returned into active music business under his own record label called SUNRISE MUSIC.
