Otto Moses commonly known as Messenger Official is a Ugandan recording artiste from Northern Uganda.

Messenger Official was born on August, 8,1997 from Kalongo and raised from Agago District in Northern Uganda.

Otto Moses who is popularly known by stage name as attended Oxford College, St.charles Lwanga's College Kalongo and he is Undergoing Deploma at Kampala University offering Industrial Arts and Design.
