Bill Don is a son to Mr Loum Kam Ocero (RIP) and Ms Abwoyo Margret of Abwovbel Palayeng, Palabek Kal in Lamwo District.
He spent most of his life in Kitgum District and went to schools like Kitgum Junior and secondary as well.
He started gravitating towards his music career in 2016 while in South Sudan where he was working from.
Bill Don is a married musician with one child (boy). He is also a technician by profession.
