Born Odong Maxwell commonly known as De Maxi Ug (Payira Prince) is a multi talented artist recording artiste from Northern Uganda but hails from Abim District.

Odong Maxwell who performs as De Maxi Ug sings all genres but mostly Afrobeat, Afrodancehall, zouk and other styles.

He attended schools like Abim P/S, went for 'O' level studies at Archbishop Orombi Comp S.S and later joined technical for automotive engineering.
