Born Opiyo Sunny (21/02/1990) with stage Jang Luo is a Ugandan Afrobeat Musician, singer and CEO of Macton Recordz.

Born on the 21st.February.1990 in Gulu city of Uganda.

Opiyo Sunny who performs as Jang Luo grew up during the LRA rebel insurgency era in Northern Uganda. Sleeping everyday under verandas at night as a child night commuter for fear of being abducted by the rebels.

His music interest started way back when he was in senior two [S.2] in 2005.

Jang Luo started doing music professionally in August 2021 when he released his single "Pe iwek wazi".

His popular hits include songs like "Pe Abiye" "Pe weng" "Binjali" "Dii cwinyi". Latest hits is Dire.
