Makmot Robin commonly known as Gneizz was born on 1st October, 1999. He is a recording artist from Northern Uganda.

He started his music from AIC church sunday school at the age of 9. 

He was born and raised from Bweyale. In 2014, he completed p7 from Kigumba intensive, S4 from Dorah Bloch International College and A level from Kibanda SS. He is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in IT from Kumi University

In 2020, he started singing his own music and released his first audio titled "Cok keda" produced by Rampus.
