Born Rubangekene Simon Negri (2707/1999) with stage name Neck Boy is a Northern Uganda singer and songwriter.

Born and raised in Gulu District.
He is his the first child of his parents (Mr Ocan Ben & Ms Akello Lucy) out of six children. He started singing in 2020

Negk Boy went to schools like Laliya P/S, and Northern City Secondary school.

'I had my dream since to be a musician that is why I started singing and joined the music industry'.
