Born Ocaya Wilfred Aaron (15/11/1993) with stage name Wod Payira (Da Palace Boy) is a Northern Uganda artist. He born and raised from Payira in Gulu District.

Ocaya Wilfred Aaron commonly known as Wod Payira started gravitating towards his music career in 2019 after his S.4 vacation. He is a gospel artist with visions of spreading the word of God through his talent.

He attended schools like Agung primary school, St Janani Lumum Secondary School, Kampala, MTAC Vocational Training School, Pader Branch.
