Neville Kisa who performs as Kay Wallet begun his music career in 2011 when he first recorded A Promotional song for Nebbi's most Trending Radio station 'Rainbow FM',  After then he moved on recording more catchy singles which brought him to the music limelight of Westnile and Northern Uganda at large. 

He collaborated with Great Northern Artistes like Astro Lifa, Emma D Beats...and associates with great Northern Media personalities like Bdong Brian etc
He is a born of Kucwiny (Nebbi district) 
And currently, he signed a lucrative contract with a record label “City Stars Entertainment”.
