Born Orukoma Oscar Oloya (1990) with stage name King Oscar is a Northern Uganda music pioneer hails from Gulu city.

He started gravitating towards his music in 2008 with his first Wadi Gopa Gopa recorded from baseline music studio. In 2010, he teamed up with Big Deno in a tune titled Gale. He then rose to fame in 2013 to 2015 with his single Dul Yen, Oruikuma among others.

In 2014, he won the 1st runner up male artist of the year accolade organized by UMA

He went to schools like Palaro P/s from P.1-P.3, St Mauritz from P.4-P.7, joined Bishop Angelo Negri College from S.1-S.6 and later joined UCC Aduku and Apac for a diploma in accounting.

Dul Yen hitmaker, King Oscar is an accountant and a financial educator by profession.
