Odong Denis who performs as Tam Noffy is a Ugandan recording pioneer artist hailing from Northern Uganda.

He started singing way back in 2004 where he managed to out his first hit single titled Kaka Na popularly known as Kampala City which made him very popular in 2006.

He didn't stop there, he went ahead and released many hits such as  Laber, Katii, Lobo Pe Yot, Suu Ne Boo, Mar Rweny, Miti Pe Cope and so many others.
