Nyeko Benard also known as Tizzy is a Ugandan-born Christian Pop and R&B singer-songwriter best known for his vocal prowess and finger-picking guitar style. 

He started singing in his childhood days but paid much attention to his craft after joining his local church choir in 2017. He is majorly inspired by Tauren Wells, an American Christian singer, and songwriter. And worship leader.

Tizzy uses music as an avenue to reach out to the world with the message of the gospel and currently remains unsigned to any music label.

Though his primary music genre is R&B, he equally draws notable influence from Pop-Rock and Trap music.
In 2020, he featured on Gulu-based Mega 100 FM and Favour FM radio stations where he shared his musical background and aspirations.

He is an alumni member of the US Embassy-sponsored YesUganda Academy that equips musicians and artists in songwriting and instruments playing.
He is set to release his debut single “Guti Na” in early March.

During the 2020 global Covid-19 pandemic, he founded Sounds of Worship, an online platform that employs singing as a ministry tool to reach out to a wider global audience.
