Yuppie Man real names Oketa Charles is a Ugandan recording musician (born 1995) from Kiryandongo hospital. He does Dancehall, Afrobeat, Hip Hop, Reggae Dancehall and Traditional (Lakubukubu).

Schools he went to for his education; St: Bakhita Nursery And primary, Arnold memorial primary school, Star Education Center, Masindi high school, Kampala SS, Ndejje University.

He grew up loving music and used to follow many musicians.

"I grew up loving music so much and I started following Musicians like (KENDRICK LAMAR,WIZ KHALIFA) They inspired me to join the music. I could listen to their songs only and downloading their Lyrics. when I joined High school I was given a post-Entertainment Prefect, and  the spirit of being a musician came in me but I couldn't go to the studio, I feared koz I knew what took me there. But by then I had written many songs that I could sell to my friends."

What inspired you into the music industry?
Yeah as I said before there were many other friends of mine, who were also doing the same game, they could encourage me not to stop the game so when I started with my first song called. (HUSTLE WON'T STOP) where I featured Four boys one of them is the biggest Rapper in Northern Uganda (ACHOLI RAPPER LOBBY) so that's what inspired me into the music industry Lol.

Where do you see yourself in three years?
-Umm.....You know i always put God first in everything that I do, well in three years I'll be somewhere through hardworking and maintaining the good lyrics that inspires my fans Lol.
